REV'IT! Rider Protection Plan: 5-Year Repair or Replacement Support for EU Customers

At REV'IT!, first and foremost, we design products (“Gear”) to protect you while you are doing what you love: riding. That’s why we’ve got your back with our Rider Protection plan. Life happens, and although no product can offer complete protection from injury, our Gear is designed to stand between you and harm’s way. If your Gear’s protective function is compromised within five (5) years of purchase during normal motorcycle riding and you are a member of our membership program, we will repair your Gear for free, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. If repair is not possible or feasible, which will be determined in REV’IT!’s sole discretion, we will provide a discount of 50% off replacement Gear on www.revitsport.com

How it works

1. Protection is paramount

If your Gear’s protective integrity is compromised within five years of purchase, send it to us and we’ll repair it free of charge.

If a repair is not possible or practical, in our sole discretion, we will provide a 50% discount on a replacement of the same category. For the purposes of this replacement discount, ‘same category’ means that if you have sent us a jacket, the discount code shall be valid for a jacket only; if you have sent us trousers, the discount code shall be valid for trousers only. The discount code is only redeemable on www.revitsport.com.

2. Who’s Eligible?

  • This Rider Protection Plan is effective as of 29/01/2026. REV’IT! may modify or revoke this Rider Protection Plan at its sole discretion at any time;
  • This Rider Protection Plan is exclusively available to members
    of our membership program in Europe, provided we ship directly from www.revitsport.com to your country. Our current shipping countries are available in the checkout on our website. The purchase may have been made prior to becoming a member, but in order to submit a claim under the Rider Protection Program you must become a member.
  • This Rider Protection Plan is applicable to the following categories:       
  1. Racing Suits (excluding custom and/or tailormade suits and REV’IT!
    tailortech suits)
  2. Riding jackets
  3. Jeans
  4. Pants
  5. Boots
  6. Shoes
  7. Gloves


The Gear must be authentic, unaltered and unmodified REV’IT! Gear and purchased from revitsport.com for which proof of purchase is provided by
the customer;

  • The Gear is still with the original
    owner;
  • The Rider Protection Plan applies to the Gear for five years from the purchase date;
  • The Rider Protection Plan is limited to a maximum of one claim per category (i.e. one pair of gloves, one jacket, one pair of trousers). A customer must submit a maximum of three (3) claims per five (5) years. A claim
    may include items in multiple categories, provided all conditions are met;
  • Gear must be clean and dry before sending them to us;
  • The Rider Protection Plan covers damage that affects protective performance (e.g., impact
    damage, structural compromise) that results from ordinary use during motorcycle riding;
  • Excluded damage: cosmetic wear and damage,
    damage resulting from improper care, maintenance, storage, handling or use, damage from negligent or intentional acts, normal aging, wear
    and tear, discoloration as well as damage caused by tampering, servicing,
    repairs or modifications to the Gear.
  • Excluded products: casual apparel, base/mid layers,
    accessories, bags (with the exception of gloves, which are eligible), airbags,
    samples, protection and custom and/or tailormade products and REV’IT! Tailortech products;

Minimum purchase price thresholds:

  • € 899,99 for racing suits per item (excluding custom and/or tailormade suits and REV’IT! Tailortech suits)
  • € 149,99 for jackets, jeans and pants per item       
  • € 139,99 for boots and shoes per item
  • € 49,99 for gloves per item

Amounts in other currencies will be converted to an equivalent value based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

3. Claim Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service
team or visit an authorized dealer.

Step 2: Submit an online claim form with proof of purchase and photos of the damage.

Step 3: We will review your claim within
seven (7) business days of receipt.

Step 4: If approved, which will be determined in REV’IT!’s sole discretion, you are requested to ship your Gear to us at your own cost and risk. We therefore recommend insured and trackable shipping.

Step 5: After final inspection of the Gear in person, we will either repair and return your gear or email you a personal one-time 50% discount code for a replacement item of the same category.

4. Important Details

  • The discount code is valid for 30 days from the moment it is provided to the customer by us, and applies only to the same product category.
  • The discount code will be tied to the customer’s email address and will be redeemable on revitsport.com only. The replacement item will not be directly provided. Instead the customer is expected to use the discount code to purchase a replacement item.
  • In the event the Gear cannot be repaired, and the customer receives a coupon code, REV’IT! will retain the damaged Gear. Prior to obtaining the coupon code, the customer can elect to have REV’IT! ship back the damaged gear, at the customer’s expense.

5. Miscellaneous

This Rider Protection Plan is governed by Dutch law. All disputes shall be brought before the competent court of ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
