If the protective function of your REV’IT! gear is compromised within 5 years of purchase during normal motorcycle riding, and you meet the criteria in the program plan we’ll take care of it:

We will repair your Gear free of charge so it can get back to doing what it was designed to do: protect you. - 50% off replacement if repair isn’t possible
If a repair isn’t possible or feasible, we’ll offer you 50% off replacement Gear—because your safety comes first.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one?
You are not automatically a member. Please make sure to sign up via this page or via your revitsport.com account.
How do I sign up?
You can join online via this page. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm your email address, your membership is active.
Do purchases outside the website count?
Only purchases made directly on the REV’IT! website [www.revitsport.com] count toward your membership benefits. Purchases made in-store or through partner retailers are not included.
Where can I use my membership benefits?
All membership benefits can be used exclusively on www.revitsport.com
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by:
- Sending a request to customerservice@revitsport.com
- Unsubscribing via the link in our emails
- Updating your preferences or deleting your account in your membership profile
Does the Rider Protection Plan apply to all customers?
No. The Rider Protection Plan is a member-only benefit. To be eligible, you need to be a REV’IT! member and have purchased authentic, unaltered REV’IT! Gear from revitsport.com and the gear and damage are subject to the criteria in the program plan.
Do I need to do anything extra after I become a member?
You simply shop as a member and keep your proof of purchase. If your eligible gear’s protective function is compromised within five (5) years during normal motorcycle riding, you can start a claim under the Rider Protection Plan as long as you meet the program conditions.
