I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
We always send an e-mail confirmation of your order. If you have not received a confirmation, we advise you to first check your Spambox. Change your settings to ensure that all your future emails from REV'IT! actually end up in your Inbox. If you still need help, feel free to contact our Customer Service.
Can I change or edit my order after placing it on the website?
While it is not always possible to update an order once it has been placed we will do our best to accommodate changes. Should you wish to update your order, please contact our Customer Service.
What size do I need?
To determine your size, you can check our Size Guide. With every product on our website, you will find an item-specific size guide.
Please keep in mind that the sizes mentioned are based on standardised measurements. If you have any questions about the right size for you, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
What payment options do I have?
We currently offer five payment methods: Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders placed before 4pm (CET) on business days (excluding holidays), will usually ship the same business day.
The estimated delivery to your shipping address is between 2-3 days once the item has shipped. If the delivery takes longer than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We know you’re eagerly anticipating your REV’IT! gear as soon as possible. That’s why we strive to ship your order out the same day.
How do I return an item/order?
If you checked out using your revitsport.com account simply login and follow the steps listed to create a return.
Which carrier do you use?
All our orders are handled by DPD.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for orders over 99,-. For orders less than this amount, an extra processing fee of 5,- calculated on checkout.
What happens if I'm not at home to receive my package?
We understand shipping issues can become a disappointing inconvenience.
Should your package fail to arrive or arrives damaged please contact customer service. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and try to solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You will be provided with a link via e-mail to track & trace your shipment with DPD after it has been sent out by our warehouse.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders placed before 2pm (EST) on business days (excluding holidays), will usually ship the same business day. The estimated delivery to your shipping address is between 3-5 days once the item has shipped. If the delivery takes longer than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service.
Can I return items ordered online?
Absolutely, no problem. If the item(s) you ordered does not work for you, you have 30 days to send it back to us.
Please note that all returned items must be unused (i.e. new), undamaged, in the original packaging, and with all labels and hangtags affixed.
Can I return an item bought at an authorized REV’IT! dealer to you?
No, this is not possible. Any items purchased from one of our authorized dealers will need to be returned to that dealer.
How long will a refund take?
From the moment your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original form of payment) with a maximum of 14 days. We always refund your money to your original form of payment.
Warranty
At REV'IT!, we believe in the quality of our products that’s why we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Nevertheless, it can happen that the product malfunctions and that you need to process a warranty claim.
What is the warranty on REV'IT! products?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products as of the purchase date from REV’IT!’s website (www.revitsport.com).* This covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products that have been used are subject to investigation.
They will be repaired or exchanged. REV'IT! products with the GORE-TEX membrane are subject to the "GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY™" warranty (concerning breathability and/or waterproofness) by GORE-TEX.
Please always contact our Customer Service should you have any warranty claims relating to products bought through our webshop.

What is covered by the REV'IT! warranty?
The warranty covers any type of manufacturing or material fault within the 2 year warranty period. During this period of 2 years, we assume that our products will not produce any defects in the materials used and/or have any construction and manufacturing flaws.
What is excluded by the warranty that REV'IT! offers?
- Normal wear and tear*, damages
- Incorrect handling of the garment
- Negligence or carelessness in caring for the product
- Incorrect maintenance of the product (e.g. not following washing instructions)
- Damage from a crash, scrape, puncture, fall or accident
- Damages caused by any alteration, including any repairs carried out by unauthorized persons
- Damages caused by factors/events outside REV'IT!'s control (e.g. natural disasters)
- Any form of modification of the product
- Users’ subjective assessments, such as comfort and fit
- Damages caused by prolonged exposure to light (e.g. fading of color) and/or heat sources
*what is normal wear and tear? This is normal and unavoidable aging caused by regular use. No matter how careful you are with your product, your REV'IT! product will wear and get older with use. Examples of normal wear and tear (which are excluded from the 2 year warranty) are wear marks from rubbing on points of a motorcycle, general deterioration of the materials and fabrics after repetitive motion over time and fading of the color.
How do I present a warranty claim?

For warranty questions regarding REV'IT! products purchased from an authorized REV'IT! dealer, you should always contact your REV'IT! dealer of purchase.
Will my product be repaired or replaced?
When a REV'IT! product produces a material or construction flaw within the first year REV'IT! will first try to repair the product.
If REV'IT! cannot repair the product, or the repair costs are higher than the cost of a new product, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.
Beware of Fraudulent Websites
We want to alert our customers about fraudulent websites that do not belong to REV’IT! or our authorized dealers. Please be vigilant, our only official website is https://www.revitsport.com
We are taking the necessary measures to shut down these fraudulent websites. In the meantime, please be aware of the following when placing an order:
- Does the website display an organization number? Is it visible and official?
- Are there clear Terms & Conditions for placing an order on the website? Do they appear legitimate?
- Are there any exaggerated promotion displays, such as unrealistic discounts or count-down timers that would stress the urgency to buy? If yes, please be extra vigilant.
- Pay attention to irregularities such as payment methods offered, poor spelling, design issues, the domain name and reviews online.
Please note in addition to our official website, we have distribution partners and authorized resellers with their own legitimate websites. If you have any doubts or questions about an order you have placed, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
Disclaimer: If you suspect that you have placed an order through a fraudulent website, we will immediately report it for takedown. However, please be aware that we won’t be able to provide further assistance. In such cases, we strongly advise you to file a claim directly with your bank.
