LAB CRAFTED Jeans Collection
Through a rigorous research and development process in our in-house test laboratory, we’ve been able to craft a collection of different styles, fitting shapes, and washings, merging safety with style; fashion with science.
To tailor constructions that pass stringent CE safety requirements while also passing the test on taste and style, with a potential new wardrobe favorite for any rider
Washings
Jeans washings make or break a style, but certain washes can weaken fibers. Tested through and through our washes pass the bar, on aesthetics and CE.
Impact Abrasion Resistance
Our abrasion resistance testing machine simulates a fall or slide at various speeds. With samples taking on the forces of a crash, so we know – and you know – you’re safe.
Tensile Testing
Standing up to the forces of a fall is no mean feat. Testing to point break, where fabrics and seams tear, allows us to meet the standard. And where possible, surpass it.
Vegan
No leather used—back patch and details are fully animal-free.

Protection you barely notice

Motorcycle Jeans
Not all motorcycles jeans are created equal and the approach to making motorcycle pants look like jeans is not the one for us. Instead, we design jeans the way they are supposed to be designed, with diversity and style in mind, inconspicuously incorporating the safety and comfort features you’ve come to expect from us.
Engineering motorcycle jeans
Though we are seriously impressed by the naturally high tear strength of the CORDURA® Denim we use in engineering our jeans, we chose to combine the CORDURA® textile with our own, in-house developed PWR|Shield fabric to craft a material that can rival leather in terms of tear strength and abrasion resistance, without detracting from the genuine denim look and feel you know and love.
Protection
Our extremely thin and flexible SEESMART protection technology gives you all the necessary protective prowess, without having to settle for bulky and mobility-inhibiting protectors. SEESMART protectors at the knees come standard and all REV’IT! motorcycle jeans are prepared for additional inserts at the hips, for added impact protection. We also use triple needle stitching to further reinforce our seams and to make sure they’re extra strong and durable.
Fits and styles
At REV’IT!, we believe you should have a choice in style and fit, like you do with regular jeans. That’s why we have different cuts to choose from. Take your pick, from a loose or regular fit to a tapered style or slim fit. To make life easier for you, all our jeans come with a quick-scan colored dot for each of the safety rating categories – black for A, blue for AA, and red for AAA.
Zipping your motorcycle jeans to one of our leather or textile jackets, or even our overshirts, is made easy with the REV’IT! Safeway belts. Thread our Safeway belt through the loops and attach the connection zipper to your jacket or overshirt. It keeps the jacket from crawling up your back, keeping the wind at bay and the elements out.
