Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant to the C-suite, you support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Brand Officer (CBO). In this role, you help ensure that priorities remain clear, information flows smoothly, and the executive team can focus on guiding REV’IT! forward.

Our Chief Financial Officer safeguards financial performance and strategic investments. And our Chief Brand Officer shapes the global identity of REV’IT!, translating its guiding pillars of Design, Performance, and Innovation into a brand and products riders recognize instantly.

When leadership operates at this level, structure and support becomes essential.

In this role, you work closely with all four executives. You help bring clarity to complex agendas, maintain oversight across priorities, and ensure that meetings, information, and decisions are prepared carefully and in a timely manner.

By organizing information flows, planning key interactions, and safeguarding continuity, you create clarity in a fast-moving leadership environment. This allows the executive team to focus on what matters most: guiding the organization and continuing our mission to Inspire to Ride.

What does this mean in practice?

Your role is to bring structure, continuity, and oversight to the agenda of the REV’IT! C-suite. You operate close to strategic discussions and help ensure that leadership priorities remain aligned and you facilitate the C-Suite to perform at their best.

The role requires strong organizational awareness, discretion, and the ability to anticipate what leadership needs before it is asked.

Your job will include:

  • Maintaining a strong understanding of what is happening across the organization in order to assess relevance, set priorities, and support the C-suite effectively.
  • Managing complex agendas for the CEO, CCO, CFO, and CBO, ensuring priorities are translated into clear planning.
  • Preparing meetings, presentations, and briefing materials so executives enter discussions well prepared and focused.
  • Supporting the preparation of strategic discussions, leadership meetings, and key decision moments.
  • Handling complex agenda management, mailboxes, business correspondence, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
  • Acting as a coordination point between the C-suite and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining oversight of ongoing topics and ensuring timely follow-up across leadership priorities.
  • Attending key meetings when requested to capture decisions, agreements, and follow-up actions, ensuring continuity in execution.
  • Creating concept presentations and documents based on input and direction from the executive team.

This is a part-time position (32 hours per week). You will report to the Chief Executive Officer while working closely with the entire C-suite.

You are someone who enjoys creating clarity where others see complexity. You remain calm when multiple priorities intersect and you understand how to support leadership in a professional and discreet manner.

We expect:

  • A relevant education (for example Executive Office Management, PA, or Support Management).
  • A proactive, supportive attitude to facilitate the C-Suite to perform at their best.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • A balanced and level-headed mindset, able to turn complexity into structure.
  • Strong organizational awareness and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently while navigating different processes within an organization.
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.

One or more of the following would be considered a plus: an eye for design and conceptual thinking, experience working in creative environments, or experience working in high-end product or lifestyle brands.
