Compliance Coordinator

Field: Product Development – Location: Oss, The Netherlands – Contract type: Full-time

At REV'IT!, we have a deep-rooted drive. We want motorcyclists to enjoy their passion to the fullest. To achieve that goal, we try to learn something new every day. From each other, from our customers, from our data, and maybe also from you.

Do you enjoy diving into technical documentation while also keeping an eye on broader regulatory frameworks? Do you have a structured, analytical mind, and a knack for compliance and certification? Then we would love to hear from you.

What can you expect from us?

We are driven by our value at REV'IT!. Design, Performance, and Innovation shape not only our products but also the way we work, think, and collaborate.

As Compliance Coordinator, you will be part of a supportive, hands-on team, where your work has direct impact on the quality, safety, and global compliance of our motorcycle apparel. You will interact with a variety of departments including Product Development, Material Sourcing, and our in-house lab. While your role is grounded in certification and documentation, you will also contribute to innovation by improving internal processes and sharing your insights with stakeholders.

This is a role for someone who likes to stay one step ahead - spotting shifts in legislation, challenging assumptions, and translating technical data into clear, actionable outcomes. You will help keep REV’IT! gear trusted by riders around the world.

What does this mean in practice?

You will play a central role in coordinating CE certification for motorcycle garments, gloves, and footwear. From lab testing to document control, you ensure our products are safe, compliant, and certified.

Your job will include:

  • Coordinating CE certification from first sample to final certificate.
  • Supporting sample testing and development from a compliance perspective.
  • Managing internal and external lab testing and tracking material data.
  • Building and maintaining technical documentation (e.g. Technical File, DoC, IFU).
  • Acting as the primary contact for notified bodies and test labs.
  • Monitoring relevant legislation and briefing internal teams.
  • Improving compliance workflows and documentation templates.
  • Providing internal training on CE requirements and labeling.
  • Maintaining an overview of multiple parallel certification projects.
  • Identifying and resolving non-conformities swiftly and accurately.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Compliance Manager.

Are you our ideal candidate?

You are precise, proactive, and able to navigate both technical details and broader compliance frameworks. You work independently, communicate clearly, and are comfortable collaborating across departments.

We expect:

  • Bachelor-level thinking in a technical, life sciences, or textile domain.
  • Affinity with legislation and regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience reading and interpreting test reports.
  • A structured, data-driven working style.
  • The ability to manage multiple certification projects simultaneously.
  • Planning and prioritization skills to align with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CE certification or PPE standards (or the drive to learn quickly).
