What does this mean in practice?

As Event Manager, you will represent REV'IT! at key events, ensuring our brand makes a lasting impact on the motorcycle community. From start to finish, you’ll oversee every detail—planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis—while making sure each event runs seamlessly.

Your job will include:

• Planning and executing event strategies that align with REV'IT!’s brand goals and target audience.
• Managing event logistics and on-site setup to ensure seamless execution.
• Representing REV'IT! at events both
  domestically and internationally, including weekends, to ensure the brand is
  well-represented. You will engage with attendees, fostering relationships that
  strengthen brand loyalty and leave a lasting impression.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Creating post-event reports, analyzing event success, and providing actionable insights to improve future events.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement through innovative event experiences.
• Managing event budgets and timelines, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Building relationships with industry partners, influencers, and vendors to support event objectives and maximize impact.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director.

• A university education in a relevant field, such as event management,
• Event management experience, ideally within lifestyle, sports, or fashion industries.
• Experience representing a brand at key events, with a focus on engaging consumers and building brand loyalty.
• Experience working for a global brand, understanding the nuances of brand representation across different markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of high-impact events.
• Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to see both the big picture and handle the fine details of event planning.
• A solid understanding of event logistics and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to represent the brand confidently at events.
• A passion for motorcycles or the motorcycling community, to better connect with REV'IT!'s target audience.
