As an e-commerce intern, you won’t just be observing from the sidelines. You will be a full-fledged member of the e-commerce team.

A seamless online experience is essential for customer satisfaction, and at REV’IT! we constantly strive to improve every digital touchpoint. As an E-commerce Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing the customer journey. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience on our website and ensuring that our online shop reflects the quality and innovation that define our brand.

Your tasks will include:

  • Mapping and analyzing the current customer journey.
  • Optimizing the customer journey based on data insights.
  • Processing customer feedback to enhance website usability.
  • Analyzing data and evaluating strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and introducing fresh ideas.
  • Ensuring our online shop reflects the same perfection and passion as our products.

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week). You will report to the E-commerce Manager.

Are you our ideal candidate?

We’re looking for a proactive and creative intern who is eager to learn and make an impact.

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field like psychology, commercial economics, or similar.
  • A strong interest in customer experience and digital strategy.
  • Experience or familiarity with customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • A forward-thinking mindset and a drive to innovate.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for optimizing customer experiences.
