What can you expect from us?

At REV’IT!, everything we do is guided by Design, Performance, and Innovation. These principles shape the way we develop our products - and how we fit them.
As a fit model, you will play a key role in our development process. Your body measurements help us test fit, ergonomics, and comfort. We value your time, feedback, and your ability to help us improve even the smallest details.

We offer a supportive, informal setting in which you will collaborate with our product development teams. Fit sessions take place at our headquarters in Oss and are planned during office hours, Monday through Thursday. You will work with specialists who are fully committed to engineering the best-fitting motorcycle gear on the market.

This position offers flexibility. While no riding experience is necessary, it is always a plus.

What does this mean in practice?

You will be invited to join us at our HQ in Oss for scheduled fit sessions. These sessions help our team evaluate new styles, patterns, and sizes on actual bodies that match our target fit specs.

Your job will include:

Participating in fitting sessions at our headquarters in Oss.
Providing constructive feedback on fit, mobility, and comfort.
Collaborating with designers and developers during fit evaluations.
Being available on flexible, pre-scheduled weekdays.
Wearing new, prototype garments during fit tests.
Being photographed during sessions (internal use only).
Maintaining the required body measurements listed below.
Sharing honest insights that contribute to product refinement.
Bringing a relaxed yet professional attitude to every session.

Sessions are scheduled between Monday and Thursday, 09:00–17:30.

Are you our ideal candidate?

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable being part of a technical process. Fit sessions are not fashion shoots – they are product development sessions where attention to detail and accurate proportions matter most.

We expect:

A body that closely matches our sample size measurements (see below).
A willingness to provide constructive feedback on comfort and fit.
Proximity to Oss and flexibility to attend fittings.
A professional, relaxed attitude.
Experience with motorcycling is a plus, not a must.
Clear communication in Dutch and/or English.
Respect for confidentiality – images are for internal use only.
