What can you expect from us?

You’ll work in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment where sustainability plays an essential role in the way we innovate and operate. Our Sustainability Coordinator will mentor you, ensuring you gain hands-on experience while offering you the freedom to explore your ideas.

What does this mean in practice?

Your work will focus on the three pillars of our Sustainability Strategy: Planet, People, and Product. You will help ensure sustainable

Your job will include:

Collecting and structuring data for Corporate Footprint Assessments.
Conducting Life Cycle Assessments by gathering input from manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
Supporting circularity initiatives and sustainable material frameworks.
Analysing environmental impact data and translating findings into improvement proposals.
Assisting in waste assessment and reduction projects.
Supporting sustainable packaging initiatives.
Contributing to internal awareness and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborating across departments to embed sustainability into existing processes.
This is an internship position (40 hours per week, minimum 32 hours on-site). You will report to the Sustainability Coordinator

Are you our ideal candidate?

We’re looking for an ambitious student eager to contribute to meaningful sustainability initiatives in a dynamic, innovation-driven company.

We expect:

You are currently enrolled in a relevant University or University of Applied Sciences program, such as Environmental Science Resource Management, or Climate Studies.
You have a strong interest in sustainability and environmental impact analysis.
You have experience or affinity with Life Cycle Assessments.
You are comfortable working with data and structured frameworks.
You demonstrate critical and analytical thinking skills.
You are proactive and capable of working independently.
You communicate clearly in English; Dutch is a plus.
But above all, you are motivated to contribute to Shaping a Sustainable Future for Riding.
