Sustainable Packaging intern

Field: Compliance – Location: Oss, The Netherlands – Contract type: Internship

At REV'IT!, we have a deep-rooted drive: we want motorcyclists to enjoy their passion to the fullest. To achieve that goal, we try to learn something new every day. From each other, from our customers, from our data and... maybe also from you.

Are you interested in European sustainability-related regulations and structured process improvement? Do you enjoy translating complex legal requirements into practical and understandable solutions? Then this is an opportunity for you.

What can you expect from us?

As an employer, we are certain that our employees are the driving force in the organization, especially when they are given the space to express their unique talent, and they are committed to getting the best out of themselves. The same goes for our interns.

At REV’IT!, you will be working in a learning organization with fascinating complexities. Because we are an international company, that means - for many students, of course - extra interesting insights. But it is also the other way around. We can also learn from you. You bring new knowledge with you, as well as a fresh take on things.

We’re happy to share our knowledge with you, especially when it comes to our priorities: Compliance, Regulation and Process. There’s the opportunity to either undertake an internship placement with us, or to graduate with us.

Are you a critical thinker? Do you set high standards for yourself? And do you have the passion to go full throttle? Then an internship with REV'IT! is the right way to go!

What does this mean in practice?

As a trainee in the Compliance department, you will be supervised by an experienced Quality Coordinator. He will coach you, show you the ropes, and provide insights into the tasks and responsibilities that come with the function of sustainable packaging.

At REV’IT!, we are always looking for interns for both internships and research projects. Tasks and responsibilities for interns are determined in consultation with the intern and are combined with routine work. In general, the routine work will entail the following:

  • Analyze and structure applicable European packaging and sustainability legislation relevant to our product portfolio
  • Map and document the packaging materials currently used across our collections
  • Evaluate materials and labeling against legal, recyclability, certification, and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across Product Development, Packaging, and Supply Chain to align regulatory requirements with practical implementation
  • Translate complex regulatory texts into clear internal guidelines and structured frameworks to ensure long-term compliance

Your contribution will help ensure that our packaging is compliant, certified where required, and aligned with evolving European sustainability standards.

Are you our ideal candidate?

This internship requires a motivated and proactive student.
We expect:

  • You think in processes and enjoy working in a structured and organized way.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are persistent, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • You can translate complex or technical information into clear and accessible language.
  • You communicate clearly and work accurately when documenting your findings.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a genuine interest in sustainability, European regulations, and compliance.

But above all, you are eager to use your talents and make a difference… and you show it!
