Behind every REV'IT! product is a long chain of decisions about materials, construction, fit, and protection. As Product Developer, you are the link between the design concept and the product a rider finally puts on. Does that sound like your role? Then we would like to meet you.
Design, Performance, and Innovation guide everything we do at REV'IT!. That includes the way we develop our products.
Every year, we launch two collections: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. Input from the market, our Product Designers, our ambassadors, and our riders comes together in that process. It helps us improve our products and anticipate the challenges motorcyclists face out on the road.
As Product Developer, you take both the technical and the coordinating lead in that process for the products you are responsible for. You work closely with our Product Designers, and with colleagues from Research & Innovation, Material Development, Compliance, our in-house laboratory, and Supply Chain. Together, you make sure a concept becomes a product that is right in quality, fit, and price, and that it is made in a responsible way.
You immerse yourself in the smallest details. But between the deadlines, you also keep an eye on the long term, because at REV'IT! we work on our goals together and we never stand still.
You are responsible for the technical development of products from concept to production. That means close contact with product design, with suppliers, and with the teams that test and certify our products.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Product Development Manager. You will work from our office in Oss, the Netherlands, as this role cannot be done remotely.
You are a Product Developer with a sharp eye for constructions, materials, and details. You enjoy turning creative ideas into products that work, and you like to do that as part of a team. Knowledge of motorcycle apparel is not a must.
