Chemical Compliance Coordinator

Field: Product Development – Location: Oss, The Netherlands – Contract type: Full-time

At REV'IT!, we have a deep-rooted drive. We want motorcyclists to enjoy their passion to the fullest. To achieve that goal, we try to learn something new every day. From each other, from our customers, from our data, and maybe also from you.

Are you meticulous, eager to learn, and do you want to play an active role in securing chemical regulations in product development? Do you want to help ensure that motorcycle gear meets the highest standards of both safety and sustainability? Then this is your opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

What can you expect from us?

At REV’IT!, you will have the chance to grow in an international and innovative environment within the motorcycle apparel industry.

As Chemical Compliance Coordinator, you will be part of our Compliance team and collaborate across departments to ensure that our products meet the strictest safety regulations.

You will be hands-on with both chemical legislation and CE certification, working side by side with experts who are just as committed to getting the details right as you are. We will challenge you in your work, but you will also certainly be guided and empowered to build your expertise step-by-step.

This is a role that combines technical precision, regulatory insight, and collaboration with different teams, Product Development, R&D, and Supply Chain. Expect to engage with real-world challenges that demand focus, teamwork, and a highly considered approach.

What does this mean in practice?

Your responsibilities will be twofold: supporting both chemical compliance and the CE certification of our motorcycle apparel.
Your job will include:

  • Monitoring chemical legislation, such as REACH and AB 1817.
  • Supporting the implementation of chemical requirements across our product lines.
  • Assisting suppliers in meeting material compliance standards.
  • Contributing to test plans and chemical safety analyses.
  • Supporting documentation for CE certification of motorcycle gear.
  • Collaborating with external test laboratories and notified bodies.
  • Helping colleagues understand compliance and certification demands.
  • Ensuring accuracy and traceability in documentation.
  • Connecting proactively between Compliance and Product Development.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Compliance Manager.

Are you our ideal candidate?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious colleague who is eager to grow within the field of chemical compliance and CE certification.

We expect:

  • A willingness to learn and develop your expertise.
  • A relevant degree in textiles, chemistry, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in chemical legislation and product certification.
  • Analytical thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Solid communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • The ability to collaborate with various teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, structured approach to managing documentation.
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
