Not every role is clearly defined from day one. Some evolve as business evolves. This is one of them. As our Category Manager, you step into a position where structure, insight, and curiosity come together. You will help us understand what we create, why we create it, and what we should do next.

What can you expect from us?

As our Category Manager, you will operate at the center of those decisions. You will not design products yourself, but you will shape the thinking behind them. By analyzing performance, studying market developments, and connecting insights across teams, you will help define the direction of our collection.

This is a role with room to grow. The foundation is analytical, but the impact reaches further. As your understanding deepens, so will your influence. You will work closely with specialists across product, sales, marketing, and supply chain, bringing together perspectives that are often separated.

You will be given the space to explore, question, and structure. Not to rush decisions, but to build them carefully. Because when insights are clear and well-founded, they do not need to be pushed. They speak for themselves.

What does this mean in practice?

You will step into a role where information is everywhere, but clarity is not always guaranteed. Your responsibility is to create that clarity.

Your job will include:

  • Owning and refining the REV’IT! collection roadmap across multiple seasons.
  • Analyzing product performance and identifying lifecycle stages and successor needs.
  • Determining which products should be continued, improved, or removed.
  • Gathering and structuring insights from product, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyzing competitor collections to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Investigating the collection from different rider type perspectives.
  • Preparing multi-year proposals for senior leadership.
  • Supporting revenue forecasting through multi-season projections.
  • Translating proposals into clear briefings for product design and development teams.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Chief Brand Officer.

Are you our ideal candidate?

This role is not about having all the answers. It is about knowing how to find them, structure them, and translate them into direction.

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Experience in a data-driven or commercial role, such as category management, merchandising, or consulting.
  • The ability to gather information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • A structured way of thinking, with attention to detail.
  • Confidence to challenge input and build well-supported recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
