The detachable high performance GORE-TEX® liner with Paclite® technology is wind and waterproof. The Paclite® technology ensures the liner is highly breathable and won’t cling to skin when the temperatures rise. Whatever conditions you choose to ride in, the Neptune GTX will respond.
