As Technology & Process Director, you will take the lead in designing and shaping our operational backbone. Your primary focus will be on being the architect behind our processes, supported by the right technologies, systems, and tooling. This role calls for a greenfield mindset, the ability to look beyond existing limitations, and reimagine how things could work, combined with the judgement to know when a proven solution is the better fit.

You will align strategic goals with system architecture, guide tooling decisions, and create scalable frameworks that help all departments, from Product Development to Sales, work more intelligently and efficiently. At REV’IT!, we run a modular application landscape built around fit-for-purpose systems, both standard and custom, connected through an integration layer. Business capabilities are delivered as individual services or applications with clear ownership, linked via APIs and event-based integrations. Your focus on structure, flow, and improvement will ensure that our architecture remains scalable, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic, data-driven world.

As part of our Extended Leadership Team, you will help set direction, embed cross-functional improvements, and turn digital transformation into an everyday reality.

What does this mean in practice?

You will be responsible for defining and shaping the company’s technology vision, business process optimization, and IT operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of System and Network Administrators, IT Architects, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. Together, you will build intelligent, scalable solutions that elevate the REV’IT! ecosystem.

Your job will include:

  • Mapping, analysing, and improving cross-functional business processes, including those in Product Design, Product Development, Sales, and support functions.
  • Setting the strategic direction for process architecture and IT, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives that enhance agility, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Defining data strategies, data platform roadmap, and reporting structures that support decision-making across the organization.
  • Guiding in-house development and business teams in deploying custom models, such as forecasting, churn prediction, and marketing mix modelling.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with major software and technology vendors.
  • Designing future-proof systems that support scalable and intelligent operations.
  • Managing internal IT professionals and external technology partners.
  • Overseeing IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the full IT budget, ensuring responsible and effective allocation of resources.
  • Introducing AI-driven capabilities where they enhance operational value.
  • Aligning stakeholders across departments around process innovation and systems development.
  • Leading the PMO responsible for managing organization-critical projects, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Driving a culture of operational excellence, thoughtful curiosity, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to change. Someone who is fluent in both the language of technology and the needs of the business. You are comfortable navigating complexity, initiating progress, and inspiring others along the way.

We expect:

  • A Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent academic-level thinking through relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing process architecture across complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role combining operational insight and digital system implementation.
  • A clear, realistic vision on the role of AI and smart automation in operational improvement.
  • Experience within fashion, sportswear, or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in a modular application landscape, with multiple systems connected through APIs and events, and the ability to keep integrations manageable and reliable.
  • Experience delivering low-code applications, ideally using Mendix, in collaboration with external development partners, including guiding quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and a collaborative spirit that brings people together to drive meaningful change.
