HRDD Academy by Fair Wear
Through the HRDD Academy, we are deepening our understanding of Human Rights Due Diligence and progressing toward Fair Wear certification. This program enables us to identify, address, and prevent risks to workers’ rights throughout our supply chain. It makes our systems stronger, our commitments more accountable, and our goals for ethical production more intentional – and more achievable.
Participation in the HRDD Academy takes us closer to creating safer, fairer, and more transparent working conditions within our manufacturing partners.

As a member of the Textile Exchange community, we align ourselves with global standards that push the industry forward. Their Recycled Content Standard (RCS) provides a framework to verify recycled materials in our products and ensure traceability throughout the supply chain.
