Product Developer OEM

Field: Product Development – Location: Oss, The Netherlands – Contract type: Full-time

At REV'IT!, we have a deep-rooted drive. We want motorcyclists to enjoy their passion to the fullest. To achieve that goal, we try to learn something new every day. From each other, from our customers, from our data, and maybe also from you.

As Product Developer OEM, you step into a role where precision meets adaptability. Alongside our regular collection, we develop OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), SMU (Special Make Up), and Special Projects together with established partners in the industry. You will connect OEM requirements with our structured development process, ensuring every product delivers the quality and performance riders expect when they get on the bike.

What can you expect from us?

Design, Performance, and Innovation guide everything we do at REV’IT!. That includes how we develop products, how we collaborate across teams, and how we continuously refine our processes.

OEM, SMU, and Special Projects ask for adaptability. Every partner and every project brings its own demands, and our way of working has to bend without losing its shape. That only works on a consistent foundation. A key part of your role is to engineer that foundation: a solid framework that brings the processes, planning, and execution of these activities to the same level of structure and maturity as our regular collection development process, while keeping the flexibility our partners and projects require.

You will work closely with Product Design, Product Development, Innovation, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Together, you will translate customer requirements into technical solutions that meet REV'IT! standards. Every seam, construction detail, and material choice is considered, tested, and refined.
Expect an environment where your technical knowledge is valued, your structured mindset is essential, and your contribution directly impacts how riders experience our products in real-world conditions.

What does this mean in practice?

You ensure that OEM product development runs parallel to our collection processes without friction. You connect teams, align expectations, and maintain the level of detail that defines REV'IT!.

Your job will include:

  • Supporting the development of OEM, SMU, and Special Projects in close collaboration with the OEM Manager and the Collection Development Organization.
  • Analyzing the objective of each project, so that development stays focused on what matters to the partner.
  • Ensuring alignment with REV’IT! processes, systems and quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with the OEM team to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Working with internal teams (Research & Innovation, Product Design, Product Development, Compliance, Lab, Supply Chain, and Sales) to ensure smooth integration.
  • Developing and assessing prototypes and production samples together with suppliers.
    • Monitoring fit, sizing, construction and performance in line with REV’IT! standards.
  • Managing product documentation such as BOMs and tech packs.
  • Aligning the planning of OEM, SMU, and Special Projects with the Collection Development Organization, balancing priorities and coordinating resources across both.
  • Identifying where efficiencies can be created between OEM and collection development.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the OEM Manager.

Are you our ideal candidate?

You are a technically strong Product Developer who values structure, quality, and consistency, and who enjoys building something solid together with a team. You are comfortable working within established processes while collaborating closely with a commercially driven team.

We expect:

  • A completed degree in fashion, product development, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in apparel or product development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and development processes.
  • Experience working within structured development environments.
  • The ability to collaborate across teams with different priorities.
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A constructive, solution-oriented mindset that keeps projects moving when challenges arise.
  • A friendly character that approaches every challenge, large or small, with a smile.
