What can you expect from us?

Everything we do at REV’IT! has to contain the elements of Design, Performance, and Innovation. That applies not only to our products, but also to how we communicate. Video plays an increasingly important role in how riders experience our brand, products, and stories across every platform.

And this is no different for your role as our new Motion Designer.

As part of the Marketing Studio team, you will develop and deliver video content across campaigns and communication channels, with a strong focus on editing, storytelling, and content creation. Working within the creative direction set by the Creative Lead, you will help translate concepts into effective and visually engaging video output.

The role is highly hands-on. Much of your time will be spent editing footage, refining pacing, creating content in the studio, and making smart use of existing assets. From short-form social content to larger campaign productions, you will help ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across all motion deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with marketers, creatives, and external partners, contributing practical motion thinking from an early stage while continuously exploring new visual opportunities for REV'IT!.

What does this mean in practice?

As Motion Designer, you will help create and deliver moving-image content that strengthens how REV'IT! communicates across campaigns, products, and channels. From social-first edits to larger campaign productions, you will combine storytelling, editing, and motion execution to create clear and engaging visual content.

Your job will include:

Creating and delivering video and motion content across campaigns and communication channels.
Executing video projects from concept development to final delivery.
Editing footage into clear, engaging, and platform-relevant content.
Creating motion assets for campaigns, social media, events, and product storytelling.
Supporting storytelling through motion graphics and animation.
Working with both new and existing footage to create efficient and scalable content.
Collaborating closely with the Creative Lead on visual direction and execution.
Advising stakeholders on how products and stories can best be translated into moving images.
Contributing to shoots on location and in the studio where needed.
Monitoring trends in video, editing, and platform formats to identify relevant opportunities.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Creative Lead.

Are you our ideal candidate?

We are looking for someone who feels comfortable turning creative ideas into practical results, someone with a feel for the pace and rhythm of modern video storytelling.

We expect:

Proven experience in video editing, motion design, and content creation.
Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for pacing and continuity.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
A hands-on mentality and drive to work efficiently with existing assets and footage.
Experience creating content for multiple platforms and formats.
A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Affinity with motorcycles, design, and visual culture is considered a plus.
